This 50 minute class focuses on the fundamentals and basic principles of Pilates. This class is designed for those who are newer to Pilates, or who might enjoy a more moderate paced workout. The main goal of this class is to focus on form and technique, teach you how to incorporate breathing, find ideal alignment and placement, and help to create overall full body awareness. This class will also incorporate the Pilates springboard, another resistance based piece of equipment to be sure to mix up your workout!
