Billing Policy

The Company's Billing Policy is prepayment or monthly payment in US currency. Payments can be made by check, money order, cash, or by PayPal. PayPal monthly memberships will be charged every month on the same date that the membership was created. PayPal yearly memberships will be charged every year on the same date that the membership was created. 

Cancellation Policy.  If you wish to cancel your listing, please send us an email and mention your company name and telephone number and details about your listing. There are no refunds.

The website listing team will attempt to expedite review of the listing submitted for possible inclusion in the Directory listing and will respond to your request with an approval or rejection within 24 hours. You authorize us to charge your account for applicable listing fees. Unless noted, fees are in US dollars, tax is additional. To the extent permitted by law, fees are nonrefundable, even for posts we remove. We may refuse purchases, which may place a hold on your account.

Limitation of Liability

The aggregate liability for the Company to you for all claims arising from the use of the Materials is limited to $2.

Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your registration, delete any or all of your postings, or block access to the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by the Company. We reserve the right to take these actions, with or without notice, and without any liability to the account holder or user.

Indemnity
